SwiftBot Solutions provides WhatsApp chatbot development, customer support automation, FAQ bots, appointment and booking automation, lead capture and sales automation, business workflow automation, chatbot hosting support, maintenance, and optimization services.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approved content, lawful customer communication practices, access needed for setup, and timely feedback. Clients must use WhatsApp and any connected platforms according to applicable laws and platform policies.
Third-party platform availability
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Meta, hosting providers, messaging providers, automation tools, and database services. SwiftBot Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms or services outside our direct control.
